The product

The whole CRM fits on four screens.

Most CRMs are a database with a sales tax. Fido is the handful of views a small team opens every day, and nothing you have to configure to get there.

Today

A morning list of what is overdue, what is due, and which deals have gone quiet. Work it top to bottom and close the tab.

Pipeline

Drag a deal between stages. Fido asks for the next step and the date, then holds you to it. Nine fields on a deal, not ninety.

Companies and people

One record per company with everyone who works there, every note, every email and every deal. Duplicates get caught on the way in, not six months later.

Capture

Your inbox already knows what happened.

Connect Gmail and Google Calendar with a read-only grant. Emails and meetings land on the right company and deal by themselves. You add the one line that matters.

  • Read-only. Fido never sends mail or moves an event.
  • Per person, so a colleague's inbox stays theirs.
  • Disconnect any time. It never affects sign-in.

No nonsense

What you will not find in Fido.

Every CRM feature list is long. Ours is short on purpose. Here is what we left out, and why that is the point.

No onboarding call

Import a CSV, invite your team, start. If you need a call to understand a CRM, the CRM is the problem.

No "Contact sales" tier

Every price is on the pricing page. The most expensive thing we sell is $12 a seat.

No lock-in

Every table exports to CSV from inside the app. No request form, no thirty-day wait, no export fee.

No custom object builder

Companies, people, deals, tasks and activity. If your sales process needs more than that, we are honestly not for you.

No surprise renewals

Month to month by default. Annual saves you two months, and we email you thirty days before it renews.

Our partnerships team runs its whole pipeline in Fido. Today tells each of us what to do before the first call, the board runs our Monday meeting, and Gmail capture means nobody retypes an email into the CRM. It replaced a heavier tool and a shared spreadsheet, and the pipeline has been current ever since.

Pricing

One number per seat. That is it.

No platform fee, no seat minimum, no add-ons. Annual billing takes two months off.

Questions

Things people ask before they switch.

How long does setup actually take?
An afternoon is typical. Import a CSV of companies and people, invite your team, connect Gmail if you want capture. There is no field mapping wizard because there are not many fields.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Solo is one person and up to 1,000 contacts, with no time limit and no card on file. When a second person joins, the account moves to Team and you pay for two seats.
What does Gmail capture see?
Fido asks for a read-only grant to your mail and calendar. It matches messages and events to companies by domain and to people by address, and logs them on the record. It never sends, deletes or moves anything, and it stores the subject line and a short excerpt, not the whole inbox.
Can we move from HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet?
Export from wherever you are to CSV, then import. Fido understands the common column names from the big CRMs out of the box and shows you a preview before anything is written.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your account goes read-only. You can still sign in and export everything for as long as you like. Nothing is deleted without you asking.
Do you have an API?
Yes, on Team. A small REST API with bearer tokens, plus webhooks for deal stage changes and new leads. It covers the same five objects as the app.

Start keeping the pipeline you already have.

Free for one person. Twelve dollars a seat after that. Nothing to configure before you can use it.
